• Proven experience in a front of house or customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle transactions and use POS systems
• A friendly and professional demeanour
• Flexibility to adapt to varying customer needs and preferences

• Greet and welcome customers with a warm, friendly attitude
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure the dining area is clean, organised, and well-maintained
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues with a positive approach
• Assist in setting up and clearing tables
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
• Process payments and handle cash transactions

• Regular pay reviews every 3 months
• Consistent Monday to Friday schedule, giving you weekends off
