Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.30am – 4.45pm Friday 8am – 12pm (37 hours p/w)

Salary: £30,500 to £32,500 (equates to £16 to £17 per hour)

The Role:

Our client is looking for a forward thinking Machine Shop Supervisor to join the team. This role will see you overseeing a highly skilled team, managing ongoing projects keeping them on target and to company standard. You will take a hands on approach and have experience with Lathe Mill & Brake Press CNC Machinery.

Since the 1980's, the company has been continuously involved in the design, development and project management of specialised containers and handling equipment, primarily for the defence and aerospace industries.

  • Strong leadership experience, working in a similar supervisory role

  • Lath Mill & Brake Press CNC Machine experience
  • Ability to work on projects from design through to finished product
