Operations Administrator
St Albans
Permanent, Mon-Fri, 8am to 5.30pm (plus 1 Saturday morning every 6 weeks, 08:00am – 11:00am)
Salary £25,000 +

My client is a market-leader who takes great pride in offering innovative and competitive logistics services to all European destinations. They are seeking a presentable, passionate and dynamic Operations Administrator to work closely with the Ops manager and play a key role in maintaining the efficiency of this friendly team.
Main duties of the Operations Administrator:
• Auditing client orders
• Accurately inputting client orders onto the Operations System
• Assisting with the completion of Customs formalities
• Booking orders with client and manufacturers
• Telephone answering/query resolution
The successful Operations Administrator must have:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• A confident personality and a willingness to help
• Effective organisation skills
• A polite and professional approach to colleagues, suppliers and (most importantly) customers
• Excellent data inputting skills with good attention to detail
