Personal Assistant
Sandwich, Kent – Office Based
£25,000 - £35,000 doe
Permanent – Full Time 08:00 to 17:00 Mon – Thurs, 16:00 finish Friday’s

The Job
Are you an experienced Personal Assistant, EA or Office Manager who is detail orientated and able to support a Senior Management Team effectively?
Do you want to work for an established, dynamic, entrepreneurial and growing manufacturing/construction business?

In this role you will be handling a wide range of responsibilities where no two days will be the same!
You’ll need to be resourceful, resilient and able to effectively manage your time to ensure that tasks are completed effectively.

As the Personal Assistant, you will be discreet and ensure that confidentiality is maintained at all times.
You’ll also have:

  • Superb administrative skills
  • Great communication – verbal and written
  • Manage Meeting and Diary Co-ordination
  • Travel Arrangements
  • Project Assistance
  • Ability to multi-task and effectively manage your time
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
