Sterile / GMP Manufacturing Technician – Pharmaceutical Production
Salary: £28,500 per annum + comprehensive benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | 7-day shift pattern (including weekends & bank holidays on rotation)

We’re recruiting two experienced GMP Manufacturing Technicians to join a highly regulated pharmaceutical production environment in Sandwich. This role is ideal for candidates with previous pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing experience, a strong understanding of GMP principles, and pride in delivering quality, compliant, and “right first time” production.
Working in a modern cleanroom and laboratory setting, you will be responsible for ensuring every batch meets strict quality standards, supporting product integrity and patient safety at every stage.
The Role
Within this structured, compliance-driven environment, you will:

Operate under strict GMP and ISO9001 standards to produce pharmaceutical products

Accurately follow batch records, SOPs, and production instructions

Maintain meticulous production documentation and data integrity

Support stock management, material handling, and routine cleanroom procedures

Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting and routine maintenance

Maintain a clean, audit-ready workspace at all times
About You
This role is suited to candidates who have:

Previous experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, regulated production, or sterile environments

Strong knowledge of GMP regulations, quality systems, and compliance documentation

Experience following SOPs and batch production instructions with precision

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Confidence in audit-ready environments and working to strict deadlines
